SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a prominent locally owned business, to assist them in sourcing an Operations Manager to join their team.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to key management functions of the business. The role will include working with senior management to ensure effective operational success for the entire company while overseeing all company warehouses and inventory management. Other responsibilities include ordering products, preparing supplies for events, developing procedures and standards for operational practices, implementing strategic plans, resolving any issues as they arise, and assisting in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with strong integrity and confidence in their decision-making ability. The candidate must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. To be successful in this role the candidate must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and detail orientation skills.
A degree in Business Management or a similar field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
A high school diploma with 7+ years of experience in a similar role
