Operations Manager

SteppingStones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly reputable real estate firm in sourcing an Operations Manager to join their team!

The Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight in managing daily operations of the organization. The ideal candidate has significant management experience, is a strong decision-maker, and able to oversee operational development strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring business processes and creating solutions to boost productivity 
• Identifying process-related risks and formulating solutions
• Developing and implement HR strategies/initiatives 
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital 
• Overall office management 

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in a business-related field 
• Significant experience in operations and/or management positions 
• Knowledge of Cayman Labour Law, Health, and Pension Laws
• Must have a high-level of attention and the ability to work well under pressure
