Part Time Accountant/Administrator

Description

We are delighted to be partnering with an international boutique investment management firm to assist with the recruitment of an Accountant/Office Manager for their Cayman office.

This is a part-time role and the hours will be Monday to Friday: 8am to 12pm.

The position itself will involve:

  • Setting up payments for suppliers
  • The preparation of quarterly management accounts
  • Assisting with both invoicing and reconciliations 
  • Liaising with external suppliers and vendors
  • Purchasing of all office supplies and assisting with facilities management

Candidates will need to have proven experience in Accounts/Bookkeeping and Administration, in addition to the ability to work autonomously. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills coupled with the desire to learn more and an enthusiastic approach to work are all required. 

Please note that this role will not consider work permit holders at this time.
