Part-Time Accounts Assistant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their team! 

This is a part-time role and the role will generally be around 20 hours per week.

The position itself will involve:

  • Setting up payments for suppliers
  • The preparation of quarterly management accounts
  • Assisting with both invoicing and reconciliations 
  • Liaising with external suppliers and vendors

Candidates will need to have proven experience in Accounts/Bookkeeping and Administration, in addition to the ability to work autonomously. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills coupled with the desire to learn more and an enthusiastic approach to work are all required. 

Please note that this role will not consider work permit holders at this time.
