Part-Time Personal Assistant - Temporary (3 month contract)
SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Part-Time Personal Assistant to join their team for a 3-month temporary contract.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director of the company with diary management, file management, and any other duties as needed. The Personal Assistant will also support the other two employees as needed. The role includes handling correspondence via phone and email and coordinating any meetings. This role will be part-time with working hours being 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday for a 3 month contract.
We are looking for a candidate that has excellent verbal and written English communication skills. For this role it is necessary that the successful candidate has experience dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals and dealing with confidential subject matter in a discrete manner. Our client is seeking a candidate that can work independently with minimal supervision and can use their own initiative as needed. This role requires technological proficiency with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
