Parts Manager


Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Parts Manager to lead their team! 


  • Manage inventory levels closely without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets
  • Leverage the inventory control systems to record and track part sales and repair work
  • Track retail budgets ensuring profit
  • Hire and supervise parts department employees
  • Responsible for employee training and development 
  • Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for parts


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Ford or Toyota parts department
  • CDK knowledge highly beneficial 
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Clean background check
