Parts Manager
Description
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Parts Manager to lead their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels closely without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets
- Leverage the inventory control systems to record and track part sales and repair work
- Track retail budgets ensuring profit
- Hire and supervise parts department employees
- Responsible for employee training and development
- Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for parts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the automotive industry
- 5+ years’ experience in a Ford or Toyota parts department
- CDK knowledge highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Clean background check
