Patient Care Coordinator
SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a leading local healthcare provider, to assist them in sourcing a Patient Care Coordinator.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison and advocate between the patients and the healthcare system. The candidate will work closely with administration, nursing, medical and non-medical staff and the patient to ensure that the needs of the patient are met.
We are looking for a candidate with customer service experience who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role requires that the candidate be organized and have a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient and have experience with data entry, online scheduling, and Microsoft Office applications. Any administrative experience would be considered advantageous.
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- A degree or certification in Customer Care desirable
- Experience or background in a medical setting
- Spanish speaking desirable
