Patient Care Coordinator - Cayman Brac - Part-Time

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a leading local healthcare provider, to assist them in sourcing a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to work in their Cayman Brac clinic.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison and advocate between the patients and the healthcare system. The candidate will work closely with administration, nursing, medical and non-medical staff and the patient to ensure that the needs of the patient are met.

We are looking for a candidate with customer service experience who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role requires that the candidate be organized and have a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient and have experience with data entry, online scheduling, and Microsoft Office applications. Any administrative experience would be considered advantageous.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • A degree or certification in Customer Care desirable
  • Spanish speaking desirable
  • Must be Caymanian to apply

Please note that at this time this role would include being in the clinic one day a week and on-call for Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
