Pensions Administrator


Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join their dynamic team right away!


  • Stay abreast of all compliance requirements internally and also for reporting procedures required by regulators
  • Professionally communicate with clients of all levels and guide members on account queries when required via letter, email and telephone
  • Perform pensions calculations, enter pensions data and answer enquiries 
  • Reporting to the Department of Labour and Pensions on Regulators matters.
  • Managing clients’ pension account by ensuring that they receive the information they need to enable them to make informed decisions on their benefits.
  • Review internal procedures and make recommendations for improvements and streamlining;
  • Interact with employers regarding outstanding contribution proceeds and other employee matters


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills. 
  • High attention to detail and the strong ability to multitask
  • Background in accounting, finance, pensions, or insurance
  • Relevant experience in high-pressure environment
