People Business Partner
We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a HR Business Partner to join their team.
We are looking for someone to join a fun, fast paced and innovative organization to take on the role of HR Business Partner.
This role is responsible for execution of HR policies and activities as agreed by the HR strategy for the group. You will be the key business partner within Cayman acting as a coach to line managers.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
- Executing the compensation, learning and development and engagement strategies as defined by the group
- Employee relations
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Performance management
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years experience within generalist HR
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to demonstrate working in an autonomous role
