Personal Assistant

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Personal Assistant to support their Cayman based team.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director of the company with diary management, file management, and any other duties as needed. The Personal Assistant will also support the other two employees as needed. The role includes handling correspondence via phone and email and coordinating any meetings.

We are looking for a candidate that has excellent verbal and written English communication skills. For this role it is necessary that the successful candidate has experience dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals and dealing with confidential subject matter in a discrete manner. Our client is seeking a candidate that can work independently with minimal supervision and can use their own initiative as needed. This role requires technological proficiency with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Positive can-do attitude and professional demeanour
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals
