Policy Administration Manager


SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a leading insurance provider on-island, to assist them in sourcing a Policy Administration Manager to join their team. 

The Policy Administration Manager will provide leadership and management of all facets of the health insurance client administration. This role will monitor and analyze operational performance to provide direction and planning while ensuring that the processing of client records are within performance standards, corporate policies, and regulatory guidelines. 

We are looking for a candidate that has knowledge of health care operations and a broad understanding of the health insurance industry. This role requires project and team management experience with strong leadership skills. 


  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance from a recognised college or university 
  • An advanced professional designation in life and/or health insurance such as the FLMI or HIA 
  • 5+ years of experience at the middle management level in life and /or health insurance
  • 5+ years of experience in health insurance administration 
  • 2+ years of experience in underwriting and operations
