Presales Engineer

Description

On behalf of our client a well-known telecommunications company, we are actively seeking a Presales Engineer to join their expanding Cayman Islands based team.
  
Duties;

• Works deals assigned to the sales team
• Identifies the technical solution required to address customer requirements
• Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, product development, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
• Secures commitments needed to ensure a deal’s technical closure
• Meets assigned targets and KPIs
• Provides training to the sales team
• Carries out business development opportunities
• Installation of equipment

  
Requirements;

• Degree in IT or Computing with Certifications in Citrix, Juniper, VmWare etc.
• 5+ years sales experience
• Proven experience in successfully meeting targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
