  • Complete client transactions, in adherence with bank procedures, working with compliance staff when needed
  • Respond to all client needs in a timely manner
  • Onboard new clients adhering to bank processes and in compliant manner
  • Tracking of all leads from inception to processing and preparing monthly status updates of accounts in the opening process and maintaining a data base of current clients e-mail address, mailing address, and dates of birth.
  • Be a key member of the relationship management team, including interactions with top clients and building a strong relationships
  • Maintenance of registered office for a number of companies including maintenance of company records and ensuring that decisions of the directors and shareholders are fully recorded in the company’s records assisting with annual return, beneficial ownership and economic substance filings
  • Working with the relationship manager to maintain data for the preparation of annual financial statements for trusts and companies, invoice and monitor collections for corporate service offerings, and ensure timely collection of all annual and other fees.
  • Examine client savings balances and ensure clients are informed about our fixed deposit options and other in-house investment opportunities.
