Pro Services Manager



  • Management of 24/7 technical teams
  • Project management
  • Client technical meetings
  • Reporting service levels to Managers
  • Help Account managers with technical proposals and RFP’s
  • Manage the platform 
  • Day to day management of Office datacenter
  • Complete service tickets if required


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Prioritize assigned tasks for team, and work concurrently on multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and train staff
  • Global knowledge of the IT services landscape
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working as a team leader or supervising staff in a managerial role
  • At least 5 years’ experience supporting HPE and Aruba hardware
  • At least 5 years’ experience providing server or cloud support with a willingness to learn new things
  • Professional qualifications in Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Azure
  • Minimum five years’ experience working with Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Veeam networking technologies
