SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a leading local construction company, to assist them in sourcing a Project Superintendent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing high end residential and commercial projects and will oversee all elements of the projects. Main responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules, overseeing all administrative duties including budgeting and document management, and hiring and managing all subcontractors. The role also includes procuring all building materials and tracking the weekly logistics schedule.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication, leadership, and motivation skills. The role requires a candidate who has solid computer skills using Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, Word, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will be excellent in contact administration, claims, and resolution of disputes.
- A Construction Management degree
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience in development and construction including Hotel/Hospitality
