Project Superintendent

Description

We are actively recruiting for a Project Superintendent for a Global Organization with an extremely strong Cayman presence. 

This role requires someone with experience in:

• Overseeing all elements of a project from start to finish
• Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Overseeing administrative needs of a project
• Hiring, managing and overseeing all external parties
• Procurement of all business materials

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in construction management
• At least 10 years experience in Construction 
• Solid MS office skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Team management experience
• A project management qualification is desirable but not essential
