Quality Assurance Analyst

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Cayman team.

The successful candidate will perform and complete periodic customer file reviews in accordance with our client’s Quality Assurance Program. The role will include maintenance of associated procedures documentation and assisting on special projects such as KYC and due diligence remediation.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The candidate must be technologically proficient with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and must possess the ability to learn new software. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and will be able to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment. This role requires the ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• An AML Certification (ACAMS, ICA or equivalent) preferred
• Retail bank experience considered an asset
