Quantity Surveyor

Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

My client is a global Construction company with a very strong Cayman based presence.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Preparation of contracts 
• On going cost analyses of maintanence and repair work
• Feasibility studies of clients requests 
• Analyzing completed work 
• Site visits, assessments and projections of future work
• Reporting of progress to Senior Managers
• Understanding of the implications of health and safety regulations 

Qualifications and experience required:

• A relevant university degree or qualification 
• A minimum of 5 years experience 
• Comprehensive knowledge of economics, geography and mathematics
• Urban land studies
