What you’ll do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
- Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Deliver against financial and placement targets through business development
- Promote the SteppingStones brand via marketing and social media initiatives
- Provide a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
- Degree-qualified with at least 2 years of recruitment or sales experience ideally from an Agency setting
- Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, tenacious and proactive
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Strong written communication and content creation ability
