What you’ll do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Deliver against financial and placement targets through business development
• Promote the SteppingStones brand via marketing and social media initiatives
• Provide a seamless experience for both clients and candidates

What we’re looking for:

• Degree-qualified with at least 2 years of recruitment or sales experience ideally from an Agency setting
• Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, tenacious and proactive
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Strong written communication and content creation ability

Salary is commensurate with experience and comes with a competitive commission structure.
