Curious to what some of the daily responsibilities will include? See details below:
– Assisting with recruitment and ensuring all procedures are followed through,
– Create and maintain all vacancies within the company – this includes updating the website daily, ensuring all vacancies posted are current and accurate,
– Coordinate interview screenings
– Assist in the process of onboarding new staff,
– Prepare reports, short listing spreadsheet ensuring all candidates applied for a position are updated through out the process,
– Prepare and amend when necessary recruitment documents like manuals, handbooks, company policies etc.
-Answer any questions or queries from current staff members and candidates,
-Create and maintain staff files and ensure all information is kept up to date,
– Actively source candidates via company website, and LinkedIn and ensure company has presence in all advertising platforms.
