Regulatory Compliance Officer

Description

The Regulatory Compliance Officer will work closely alongside the Compliance Manager to develop and implement the firms regulatory compliance framework. The RCO will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the regulatory framework is in line with the expectations of regulators such as CIMA and the DITC. 

The organization has a large presence in Cayman with smaller offices regionally and the successful candidate will join a high-performing, growing practice. There is the chance for quick career progression with strong performance and the firm is eager to develop its staff into senior roles in future.

Requirements:

• A University Degree – the ACAMS or similar would also be advantageous 
• Ideally a minimum of 4 years compliance experience 
• A thorough understanding of the compliance & AML regulations in the Cayman Islands
