The successful candidate will play a key role in the team and will assist with drafting advice, conducting legal analysis, producing client updates and liaising with the relevant agencies and statutory bodies. Essential skills/experience:

• Legal or paralegal qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience as a paralegal with a leading offshore or national firm
• Knowledge of the Cayman legal and regulatory regimes pertaining to funds, economic substance, FATCA/CRS and beneficial ownership would be a significant asset
• Excellent academics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to tight deadlines
