SteppingStones are currently recruiting a Sales Manager to join a very reputable organization based in the Cayman Islands. You will be responsible for managing overseeing the sales operations, managing the sales team, while also contributing to the success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven successful sales management experience ideally within office products. In addition to this, we are looking for candidates who are confident with sourcing leads, cold calling, identifying business needs, converting prospects and closing sales. You must be goal-orientated, organized and professional.
