Our client, an established professional property firm, is actively looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. If you are customer focused, have strong managerial and interpersonal skills and are professional, then this is the ideal job for you!
  
Salary Range: US$85-120k
  
Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of sales/marketing to help the firm to reach its objectives
• Putting together strategic marketing plans and strategies
• Organizing and managing numerous events
• Safeguarding company brand by promoting use of templates and guidelines
• Managing all forms of social media
• Undertaking ad hoc client and market research

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years working within a similar role (real estate would be ideal)
• Experience within a property industry would be advantageous
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales target
• Previous staff management experience
• Ability and experience using sophisticated technology systems
