Secretary - Temporary

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Secretary to join their team for temporary assignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting minutes from board meetings, writing and disseminating board decisions, and a range of high level administrative support services. The main responsibilities will include attending all board meetings, preparing minutes and casefiles, managing files, and tracking the Board’s budget.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who has excellent written communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others. Technological proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new applications. We are looking for a candidate who has outstanding levels of professionalism with good judgment, discretion, and tact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration or similar
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in administration (preferably in the public sector)
