Senior Accountant - Insolvency
Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant-Insolvency to join their team right away!
Requirements:
- Assist with directorship or liquidation services to hedge funds, investment funds and structured finance vehicles
- Assist Senior Managers and/or Directors whom act as trustee to a trust, both corporate and private client related in several jurisdictions
- Assist with voluntary and contentious liquidations and restructuring.
- Assist Senior Managers and/or Directors for assigned entities
- Assist with the preparation of regular case updates and meeting agendas
- Assist with the maintenance of regulatory and statutory records
- Assist with maintenance of key database and other records
- Assist with billing and fee collection
- Assist with filing and other record keeping
Requirements:
- Holder of an undergraduate degree
- Accounting qualification from an internationally recognized accounting body, CA, ACCA, CPA etc.
- Experience in insolvency accounting
- Experience of preparing liquidation final accounts
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
