Senior Administrator, Governance & Independent Directorships

SteppingStones is working on a fascinating new role in the corporate governance and independent directorship space The role is with a multinational financial services organization and will join a small, growing area of their business. 

The successful candidate will work alongside & support a team of 10 busy Independent Directors. The role will cover areas such as compliance, client onboarding, new directorship agreement, billing, relationship management and office management.

The firm would like this role to grow into an independent director position and full training in this area will be provided to get to this level. An amazing opportunity for the successful candidate. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years corporate services experience gained in the Cayman Islands 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Driven and dedicated to build your career within independent directorships
