Senior Associate Corporate Finance

Description

We’re seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Associate role in our client’s Corporate Finance team. This position offers the chance to work on a range of M&A and valuation projects with clients across various sectors, from asset managers to local companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analyses and valuations across multiple asset classes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine financial models.
  • Engage with clients and support transaction advisory and due diligence processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, transactions, or valuations.
  • A recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, etc.) and/or a finance-related qualification (CFA, MBA, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
