Senior Associate - Investment Servicing

On behalf of our client an internationally established and highly successful financial services organisation we are actively seeking a Senior Associate to join their Investment Servicing team. Located in Central Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity work on large scale middle office projects across a variety of clients.
  
Duties;

• Carry out trades settlements
• Currency Hedging including preparation and review of hedge workbooks and instructions
• Carrying out reconciliations on a daily basis
• Liaising daily with the trade execution team to ensure the trade execution, settlement and
  reconciliation process runs smoothly
• Ensuring all compliance procedures and checks are adhered to
• Support the continuing development of the Investment Servicing team
• Active involvement in the on-boarding of new clients
• Structuring and processing all payments across multiple platforms
• Assist in training and development of new staff members
• Assist in the developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures
• Liaise with fund service providers and fund legal counsels

  
Requirements;

• Degree in a Business-related field
• 3+ years experience in Middle Office type role / Hedge funds
• Knowledge of fund regulations
• Working knowledge of market trade execution, affirmation and settlement process
• Proficient in Middle Office/Trade execution systems
• Must be able to work to deadline and in a fast paced environment
