Senior Coordinator - Risk Management

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Senior Coordinator for their Risk Management department.

The Senior Coordinator will manage the daily administration of all insurance programs of the company and will need to manage the records of policies, changes, costs, savings, allocations, and exposure information. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for reporting, investigating, and tracking of incidents. The role also includes providing administrative support to the Risk Management department and will include organizing training sessions, meetings, minute-taking, inventory, invoicing and records management.

We are looking for a candidate that has experience working with and managing insurance products and wordings. The successful candidate will need to have proven administration, analytical, problem solving and time management skills. The role requires excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Technological proficiency is required with specific experience using the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Any experience working with databases, PowerCubes and report-writers would be considered an advantage.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or Insurance/Risk related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
  • 3+ years in the insurance industry
