Senior Corporate Administrator

Description

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a motivated Senior Corporate Administrator with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  
In this role, the Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for providing corporate services to a portfolio of clients while conducting regular reviews of each entity. This role will also include being responsible for the formation and organization of companies including preparing minutes, opening bank accounts, obtaining trade and business and other local licenses, and dealing with due diligence requests.
  
We are looking for a candidate that has excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations, accuracy and attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a time critical environment. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  
Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • ICSA or STEP qualification would be considered an asset
  • Experience with CAPS, CORIS, REEFS, Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Visio and Viewpoint preferred
