Senior Corporate Administrator / Board Support

Description

On behalf of our client, a leading global financial services organization, we are searching for a Senior Corporate Administrator for their Cayman office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing board support services for an impressive portfolio of clients. The role will also include active contribution to the expansion of the company’s business. Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must as the candidate will be responsible for managing their clients’ registered office requirements, statutory filings, and document preparation. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of AML/KYC and compliance regulations is considered an asset.

Requirements:

  • A university degree
  • 3+ years of relevant financial services or legal industry experience
  • Preferred ICSA (fully or partially qualified)
