Senior Customer Service Officer

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a local financial institution, to assist them in sourcing a Senior Customer Service Officer to join their Insurance Services.

The Senior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for servicing medium to large sized, new and renewal accounts. This position involves servicing the insurance needs of prospects and clients in a prompt and efficient manner. The successful candidate will obtain documents, negotiate with insurers, and process policy documentation and payments.

We are looking for a team-oriented, results-driven candidate with exceptional customer service skills. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills. Technological proficiency is required and the candidate must be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an establish College or University
  • 5+ years of related experience
