Senior Health Insurance Customer Specialist


Our client is an emerging player in the health insurance industry, committed to providing top-notch services to members, brokers, and providers.

As a dedicated Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, focusing on addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing vital information across various aspects of health insurance.

What you’ll do

  • Address customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide accurate and timely information while adhering to policies.
  • Process customer requests and conduct thorough research.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Deliver feedback to customers through outbound communication.
  • Promptly report service issues and customer concerns.
  • Contribute to projects and document departmental policies.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ Health Insurance Industry experience, ideally in customer service or claims.
  • Proficiency in CPT/CDT/ICD coding.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and claims processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, handling confidential data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer skills.
