Senior HR Business Partner


They are now seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, to collaborate closely with corporate HR subject matter experts to translate business needs into comprehensive HR solutions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will provide expert advice and counsel on a wide range of HR functions, including policy interpretation, talent management, recruitment, and diversity initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Provide guidance on HR policy adherence, considering organizational vision, legislative requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR plans aligned with business objectives, incorporating change management practices.
  • Coordinate the delivery of corporate HR initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with client needs.
  • Analyze workforce data and collaborate with HR centers of expertise to anticipate future human capability requirements.
  • Attend strategic meetings to support business objectives through effective HR solutions delivery.
  • Act as a leader and advisor on all HR matters, presenting key initiatives at quarterly board meetings.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process and lead immigration procedures.
  • Process pension and health insurance enrollments, terminations, and changes.
  • Ensure accurate entry of new employee information into HR systems.
  • Submit payroll changes on a bi-monthly basis.

What you’ll bring

  • Master’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Familiarity with HR governance, legislation, and corporate policies.
  • Demonstrated program management and change management skills.
  • Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in an HR generalist role or corporate HR function is advantageous.
