Senior Infrastructure Engineer

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their Cayman team.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the operation and ongoing maintenance of the Information Technology and Datacentre infrastructure. The role includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, monitoring and optimizing all storage and computer hardware, resources, associated software and cloud services.

We are looking for a candidate with the relevant professional certifications that validate the fundamental skills required to manage HPE ASE or Master ASE certification, MCSE or Azure certification and extensive experience working with HPE ProLiant servers, StoreOnce and 3PAR SANS. The role requires experience supporting Microsoft servers and proficiency in PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code, DSC, Hyper-V, Group Policy management and SCCM.

Requirements:

• A University degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure role
• Experience in software-defined and cloud services such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and DaaS
