Senior IT & Billing Support Specialist

Description

On behalf of our client, one of the island’s most well established Telecommunications company, we are actively searching for a skilled and experienced Senior IT & Billing Support Specialist to join their growing team.  

Responsibilities

• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Provide support to internal and external customers
• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
• Diagnose and resolve hardware related problems in Servers and in operating systems.
• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

Requirements

• University Degree in IT or another related
• 7+ Experience in a similar role working within a large professional environment
• Proven experience as billing specialist
• Systems Administration certification in Microsoft, VMware and Cisco preferred
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Good understanding of networking principles
