Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description

SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading organization in the Cayman Islands. You will be joining a diverse construction team assisting with their continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities –

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities
• Liaise with clients, Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers
• Forecast costs for various materials specific to the relevant project
• Manage contractor services and subcontractors for construction projects
• Adjust budgets accordingly through tracking construction project changes

Key Requirements –

• Extensive QS/Estimation experience ideally gained within the Caribbean region
• Good working knowledge of Excel and various specialist construction software
• Excellent communication and delegation skills
• Strong relationship building skills
