SteppingStones is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our growing Permanent Desk team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about building strong client and candidate relationships, and have a proven track record in agency recruitment – this is your opportunity to shine.
 
What you’ll do:

• Manage a 360° recruitment desk with a focus on permanent placements across a variety of industries and job levels.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients through strategic account management.
• Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates using effective recruitment and assessment techniques.
• Deliver against personal revenue targets through consistent business development and client growth.
• Lead and contribute to marketing initiatives, social media content, and thought leadership to promote both your brand and ours.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree-qualified with 3–5+ years of successful recruitment or client-focused sales experience ideally from an agency setting. 
• Excellent relationship-building, sales, and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, tenacious and highly organized.
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Confident content creator with strong written communication abilities
