Senior Relationship Manager

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Senior Relationship Manager to join their International Premier Banking team. 

In this role the Senior Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible for proactive portfolio management of an existing book of high net worth corporate and personal clients. This role will require excellent business development and interpersonal client facing skills as the successful candidate will lead client meetings, prepare call reports, and make recommendations. The Senior Relationship Manager should have an excellent understanding of international markets with an understanding of the full banking proposition including awareness of investments, credit facilities, wealth planning, and the ability to cross-sell and make referrals. 

We are looking for a candidate that has experience with wealth management, investment and banking knowledge, and experience within a similar work environment. This role requires a self-starter with initiative to market bank products and the ability to identify book-building opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong client facing skills with strong organisation and time management skills. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance or Marketing
• 6+ years of banking experience in a Premier or Wealth Management environment
• CAMS or STEP certified or a willing to take within a designated timeframe
