Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Description

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a key client based in the Cayman Islands who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing development team.

You’ll be participating in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing products from concept to launch as part of a cross-functional project team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with all business functional to understand daily, weekly, monthly and other cyclical needs.
• Partner with other Software Engineers who are building software offerings that integrate with the platform.
• Develop a clear sense of direction and trust with stakeholders and negotiate trade-offs/compromises.
• Implement features in a vertical fashion and apply agile approaches to project development.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing mobile software for IOS and Android using Xamarin.
• Programming experience with C#, ASP.NET and XAML.
• Track record of successfully designing and maintaining proprietary enterprise systems.
• Strong sense of design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience.
• Passionate about technology and willingness to learn new languages/skills.
