Senior Vice President, Captive Insurance

Description

This major re-insurer has seen impressive growth in the Cayman Islands and regionally and are looking to add an experienced Senior Vice President, Captive Insurance to their team.

The SVP will be responsible for leading a captive service team and oversee a portfolio of captive and reinsurance accounts.  

Requirements: 

• Professional accounting qualification such as CAP, CA, ACCA, or ACA
• Strong background in captive insurance or reinsurance 
• Must have previous management experience 
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while delivering business results
