Service Coordinator

Description

My client, a Global organization is looking to recruit a Sustainability Service Coordinator in to their team.

This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is going through a large period of growth, and seeing continued success in the current market.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Supporting and enabling the sustainability department on all project works
• Assist in prioritizing, coordinating, and scheduling daily work schedules
• Creation and distribution of daily reports
• Daily account and tracking of inventory and materials
• On-site inspections
• Preferred basic electrical knowledge – monitor, test and inspect
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Client liaison experience 

We are looking for someone who has:

• A high standard of professionalism and work ethic
• Punctual with excellent time management skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Must be able to lift 20lbs, stand on your feet, climb to heights, and withstand outdoor temperature
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (both written and oral) skills
• Own car is preferred
• A passion for sustainability
• Must be proficient with word, excel and outlook – Ability to write coherent emails, take notes and create spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage yourself and others
• Must be able to perform proficiently under pressure and complete task relatively quickly.
• Must be direct and assertive.
• Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly
• Good communication skills – must communicate with on and offsite workers.
