Description

SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Site Superintendent to join a leading construction firm in the Cayman Islands:

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years Project Management and Site Supervision experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a required timeline
• Ability to manage subcontractors and in-house members of staff
• Strong managerial, leadership and negotiation skills
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are all in place
• Demonstrated ability of competent computer skills and proficiency in MS Project
