Site Superintendent
Description
SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Site Superintendent to join a leading construction firm in the Cayman Islands. You will be responsible for completing a number of high end residential and commercial projects.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years Project Management and Site Supervision experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a required timeline
- Ability to manage subcontractors and in-house members of staff
- Strong managerial, leadership and negotiation skills
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are all in place
- Demonstrated ability of competent computer skills and proficiency in MS Project
