Supervisor - Equipment Rental Division

Therefore, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Supervisor to lead our team of equipment drivers and dispatch in their thriving equipment rental division. With a proven track record in leadership, exceptional computer skills, and a strong focus on customer service, you have the perfect combination of talents we are looking for.

What You’ll Do:
As the Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee and streamline all aspects of dispatching and scheduling of drivers.
  • Manage staff schedules and handle administrative duties such as timesheet processing.
  • Conduct interviews for vital positions within the equipment or warehouse departments.
  • Play an active role in the annual staff evaluation process.
  • Step in and assist with dispatch in their portable toilet division when needed.
  • Train and mentor thier talented team of Equipment Drivers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and ensure proper licensing and maintenance.
  • Provide impeccable customer service and support with equipment rentals and contracts.

Who You Are:
To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the equipment rental business.
  • Proven expertise in supervisory roles, leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong grasp of computer systems and software.
  • Ideally, experience using Point of Rental software.
  • A high school diploma (a secondary degree is a definite plus!).
