SVP, Global Cash Management & Treasury Operations

SteppingStones has partnered with a Cayman founded financial services organization to assist them in sourcing a Senior Vice President to lead the treasury, cash management and debt management for their Cayman operations. 

This C-Suite role will lead a large team of locally based professionals and will manage the key relationships with senior external stakeholders. The role will cover banking treasury, compliance, debt management, daily liquidity and mitigating investment risk / exposure. 

The firm is looking to grow and modernize it’s Cayman operations and this would suit an innovate and forward thinking professional. 

Requirements: 

• Director level experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• In-depth understanding on the financial and regulatory framework in the Cayman Islands.
