Talent Acquisition Manager

SteppingStones is delighted to be working in partnership with one of our clients, a leading professional services firm, on the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Manager! 

This role will sit within the HR function and will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates to the business, then working with the candidate throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process.

Applicants will need to have a background working in a high volume recruitment environment either within a professional services firm, or within a recruitment agency. 

A working knowledge of campaign strategies to attract talent is essential, and these should include the use of social media and other job boards. 

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in onboarding new starters and be able to demonstrate an ability to provide a 5 star service to all new team members.
