Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temporary

SteppingStones is thrilled to be working with such amazing organization. The initial duration of this employment is 6 months but has the potential of being extended on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a candidate that is polished and professional who ideally has some previous recruitment experience. This role will require dealing with confidential information so a high level of discretion is needed. Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of applications and general competency using technology is required.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience ideally in an HR/recruitment environment
  • Previous experience in processing immigration related documents i.e., work permit applications
  • Ability to multi-task and complete deadlines in a timely manner
  • Immediately available
