Talent Acquisition Specialist


SteppingStones are delighted to have been engaged by our client, an internationally recognized financial services organization, to assist with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis. 

The business is managing a period of growth which means a high volume recruitment drive needs to be coordinated and managed. Duties will include:

  • Writing and posting adverts to both internal and external job boards
  • Sourcing candidates for all open job requisitions 
  • Scheduling interviews and managing/updating candidates 
  • Conducting initial screening interviews with clients

The successful candidate will need to be a Graduate with a minimum of 2 years specific recruitment experience, ideally working within financial services. A working knowledge of the recruitment landscape in the Cayman Islands and/or the Americas is preferred.
